Friday's Letters

Happy Friday, lovely readers!  It's been a while since I've participated in Friday's Letters...and since this is a busy month, let's give it a go!

Dear Friday, I like you because it is the end of the week, and I don't like you because it means you're the end of the week...and I didn't really get as much done as I'd hoped this week.

Dear Husband, I'm so glad you are done with training and taking tests for your job and get to start doing the real thing...after about 5 months!  Wow, wish I had gotten that much training on some jobs I've had in the past.  I think you are as prepared as you're gonna get, and that you will do a great job!

Dear Fox Song, thanks for giving me a new way to harmlessly pester my husband, because that's what love is all about, right?

There may be evidence that I live to pester Tyler.

Dear Game Night, you were fun and all...but I'm a little bit sad that the glass from my candle holder is broken now.  :(

Dear wedding celebration thingy that I'm currently planning, I'm super glad that we'll have a place to have you at that won't be affected by the football game thanks to some great friends who were willing to let us use a space they'll soon be moving out of!  What a relief!

Dear Weekend, I really don't want to/have time to go camping again.  Its not that I don't mind camping once in a while, but that it is much too cold for sleeping outside.  If you want to come up with something that makes my husband decide that we can't go camping tonight, I'd greatly appreciate it.  Because I don't want to go, but I also don't want to stay home all weekend by myself.  :(  On that note, pajamas, hot chocolate, and my bed sound pretty good....

Friday's Letters

Dear Friday, you were unusually busy and I drove so much that my left arm is drastically more tan than my right arm.

Dear friends, it was so much fun to get to see many of you again for Independence Day.

Dear Mema, no more step ladders for you!  We're all hoping you get better soon and that your surgery goes well.

Dear husband, you are cute sitting on the floor working on all your wooden puzzles tonight.  Our conversation is about puzzle integrity makes me laugh.  You are talented with those tricky wooden puzzle things.

Dear Etsy Shop, I'm trying hard to be a good steward of you and promote you - and I sure want some sales, but just hoping for nothing crazy.  Just remember, nothing crazy.

Dear life, I'm glad to be able to have some time to get back into doing some art.  Its good to get back in that creative 2D swing.  College pretty much killed you, didn't it?  Sorry about that.

Friday's Letters

Dear Friday, I can't believe you're already here again...which means that there is officially less than one month until my wedding now!  Wow!

Dear Calendar, YOU ARE FREAKING ME OUT!  I have so many appointments over the next four weeks, I don't even know how I'll manage to do them all!  Oh yeah, and about all those last minute wedding projects...

Dear makeup makers, why do you have to make so many brands, so many choices, so many qualities...and why does it take so much time and education to figure out which makeup to use for important occasions?!

Dear wedding dress, I'm coming to get you from the alteration shop this weekend!  I promise, I didn't abandon you.

Dear life, please allow us to find jobs and the perfect apartment...soon.  Please?  That would be helpful.

Dear unknown, stop being so mysterious.

Friday's Letters

This is my first time to participate in Friday's Letters.  Not sure what took me so long...so here it goes!

Dear fiancé, thank you so much for the king sized package of Reese's last night.  That was really sweet.  I'm sorry I ruined your surprise by telling you that I had a surprise, and revoking my surprise until a later date once I realized you had a surprise.  ;)

Dear Mom, thanks for coming to help me work on some wedding stuff instead of mowing.

Dear Apartment, why does having wedding stuff stored in you make you get messy so much faster?  Can't you just stay clean for one day?

Dear Wedding Veil, I know you aren't finished yet, but I know we will be best friends.  You are lots of fun.

Dear Moulin Rouge DVD, why do you have to be messed up?  I enjoy watching the "Like a Virgin" scene because it is so hilarious, but I don't see it necessary to keep it going on a loop.

Dear Saturday, I hope that you don't rain since I will be participating in the biggest volunteering event in Norman, and that I'm supposedly painting...and well, as you may know paint and rain don't go well together.  Also, please let my wedding dress be done so that I can go pick it up from the alteration shop!
